Are you insured and bonded?
Yes. Both of us are covered on the same policy for every job we take.
Do you bring your own supplies?
Yes, including a HEPA vacuum. If you would rather we use your own products, leave them out and tell us.
Will the same cleaners come every time?
Always. NellInna is just Nelly and Inna - no employees, no subcontractors, no rotating faces.
How do you price a job?
Every job is quoted after we see the space, so nothing is priced sight unseen. You get a fixed price in writing before anyone starts - nothing hourly, and no surprise line items.
Do you do post-construction and move-out work?
Both. Post-construction runs as three separate passes and is quoted on site, per square foot and per pass. Move-out is a single empty-home visit, and we send a photo record of every room when we finish.
What if I need to reschedule?
Cancellations are free up to 24 hours before the visit. Life moves - tell us a day ahead and there is no charge.
What areas do you serve?
King and Snohomish Counties, WA - 31 cities, from Seattle and the Eastside up to Stanwood and Arlington. There are no fixed routes - we come to wherever the job is.
