Post-construction cleanup, three passes, ready for walkthrough
Drywall dust does not come out in one visit. We schedule around your punch list and hand the space over inspection-ready.

We work single rooms up to whole houses, occupied remodels included. We arrive with our own HEPA vacuum, drop cloths and ladders.
Three passes, not one
Each pass is a separate visit. Two is enough for a single-room remodel; whole builds get all three.
Pass one - bulk removal
Debris, offcuts, packaging and protective film out. Dry-sweep and HEPA vacuum every surface top to bottom, including inside cabinets and closets.
Pass two - residue and adhesive
Paint spatter, joint-compound haze, caulk smears, stickers and label glue off glass, tile, fixtures and hardware. Grout haze cleared.
Pass three - settle and finish
Airborne dust settles for a few hours, then we re-wipe every horizontal surface, polish glass and fixtures, and mop floors dry.
- Drywall and sanding dust, including inside HVAC registers
- Paint, caulk and adhesive off glass, tile and hardware
- Grout haze and thinset film on new tile
- Sticker and label removal from appliances and windows
- Cabinet and closet interiors wiped and vacuumed
- Final floor protection removal, mop and dry
Dumpster hauling, lead or asbestos abatement, mold remediation, exterior pressure washing, and anything requiring scaffolding. We tell you before the bid, not after.
Post-construction is quoted on site, per square foot and per pass. Walkthroughs are free and usually happen within two business days.
Repeat builders get standing rates and priority scheduling.
