Three residential services, each worked off the same 10-point checklist. Every job is quoted after we see the space.
Standard clean
Upkeep by the same two people, on the same day, off the same checklist. Most homes settle into biweekly.
- Kitchen counters, sink, stovetop, outside of appliances
- Both sides of every mirror and glass surface
- Toilets, tubs, showers, tile scrubbed and dried
- Floors vacuumed and mopped, edges included
- Dusting of surfaces, sills, shelves and blinds
- Beds made, trash out, hand towels swapped
- −Inside the oven and fridge (add a deep clean)
- −Windows above the first floor
- −Laundry and dishes left in the sink
Deep clean
The full reset. Everything in a standard clean plus the places that only get attention once a year.
- Inside the oven, fridge, microwave and dishwasher
- Baseboards, door frames, switch plates hand-wiped
- Grout and tile scrubbed in kitchens and baths
- Vents, fans and light fixtures dusted
- Behind and under movable furniture
- Cabinet fronts degreased, handles polished
- −Wall washing and paint touch-ups
- −Carpet shampoo and upholstery extraction
- −Anything requiring a ladder above 10 ft
Move in / move out
Empty-home detail so you get the deposit back, or so the first night in the new place feels like yours.
- Inside every cabinet, drawer and closet
- All appliances inside and out, including behind
- Full grout, tile, tub and shower scrub
- Baseboards, door frames, sills and tracks
- Floors vacuumed, mopped and left dry
- Photo record of every room when we finish
- −Trash and furniture hauling
- −Garage floors and driveway pressure washing
- −Exterior windows

Before you book
Every job is quoted after we see the space, so nothing is priced sight unseen.
We bring our own supplies and a HEPA vacuum. If you would rather we use your products, leave them out and tell us.
Cancellations are free up to 24 hours before the visit.
